He began his career in 1979 at Annapurna, a prestigious 5-star hotel in Nepal, and gained further expertise working with renowned hotels such as Malla, Yak & Yeti, and Everest Sheraton. In 1989, Lincoln moved to the United States, where he expanded his hospitality career and successfully operated his own restaurants, Everest Express and Kathmandu Chullo.
Beyond hospitality, Lincoln has developed strong skills in business development, sales, marketing, and media, which have enabled him to understand diverse markets and build influential networks. He has established long-lasting relationships with various business professionals and politicians in the USA.
In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Lincoln is the founder and president of Victim Assistance Support International (VASI), a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping underprivileged communities. VASI collaborates internationally on educational and social impact projects, including anti-child marriage initiatives, reflecting Lincoln’s commitment to social responsibility alongside business success.
