He began his career in 1979 at Annapurna, a prestigious 5-star hotel in Nepal, and gained further expertise working with renowned hotels such as Malla, Yak & Yeti, and Everest Sheraton. In 1989, Lincoln moved to the United States, where he expanded his hospitality career and successfully operated his own restaurants, Everest Express and Kathmandu Chullo.

Beyond hospitality, Lincoln has developed strong skills in business development, sales, marketing, and media, which have enabled him to understand diverse markets and build influential networks. He has established long-lasting relationships with various business professionals and politicians in the USA.
